The position is situated in Copenhagen, Denmark 

Ageras was founded in 2012 and grew successful at a high pace. 2013 the company was established in Sweden, 2014 in Norway. In 2015 we have established ourselves within the Dutch and German market – from Denmark.

 Ageras matches users to relevant experts within the fields of accounting and law. Within 48h we send 3 offers to the client – free of charge. Our vision is to create transparency within the markets of accounting and law. Quality, professionalism, ambitions and fun at work are some of the key words describing us.

The position

Ageras is looking for a structured individual, who would like to develop his or her skills within leadership,  relationship management and sales within accountancy and law. You would be responsible for your own team of customer consultants. We would like you to take on responsibility and set your own stamp on your work. You need discipline, drive, and people skills. 

Responsibilities

• Training, developing and motivating customer consultants team
• Responsible for team-goals
• Quality assessment of leads
• Determine the correct punch-price for cases
• Consulting and understanding customers’ needs by phone
• Formulate cases in a crisp, clear and precise manner in writing for our partners
• Writing and sending out invoices
• Answer questions on e-mail and chat

• You are a native Norwegian speaker
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Leadership skills and a great peoples person
• Quality concious and structured
• Self-disciplined, result- and service- oriented
• A self-starter and self-motivated
• You are willing to listen, learn and develop
• You want to succeed

 Working hours are from from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday, Friday 09:00 – 16:00.
